About Alison
Shooting with my Holga
Alison is a 2006 graduate of Penn State where she earned a BA in English with an Emphasis on Creative Writing. Her fiction, non-fiction, poetry and photography were published in Kalliope, the Penn State Literary Journal between 2003-2007. She won the 2004 Matthew Mihelcic Award for Poetry & the 2005 James Cranage Award in Creative Writing.
In 2009, Alison completed her Master of Fine Arts in Poetry at Hunter College in NYC. She was the editor of Ology literary magazine from 2007-2009.
Currently, she’s the Content Manager at one of the top 3 Seaside amusement parks in the world.
